At our dental office, we believe your overall oral health care is an invaluable investment that lasts a lifetime. You shouldn't have to weigh insurance coverage or climb financial obstacles in order to obtain premium dental health care. It is to your advantage that you are able to reserve an appointment for service right away. With all that said, below is a list of insurances that we accept, as well as the many types of payment options we offer to our patients.
Dental Insurance Information
Dr. Anderson is a preferred provider on most dental insurances. As a professional courtesy to you, we will submit claims for treatment to your insurance for reimbursement. Our staff will ESTIMATE your insurance coverage at each visit and ask you to pay the difference each time. Please note that this is an ESTIMATE ONLY> If there is an additional balance due after the insurance claim is paid, we will balance bill you. This amount is due upon receipt.
Payment Options
Our office currently accepts the following types of payments: Cash, Personal Checks, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

Cancellation PolicyWe require 34-48 hours' notice for all cancelled or changed appointments to avoid lost time fees. On time alone scheduled appointments, these fees in some cases may be required to hold your future appointments.
Example: If you are scheduled on a Tuesday appointment, PLEASE notify our office by Thursday; not Friday.
When you are in the office for routine hygiene care, we encourage you to pre-appoint your next visit. This is especially important if you want a "highly desirable" early or late time slot.
